MK46 S.P.W. Light Machine Gun Replica
CA037 Classic Army is a light machine gun replica based on copyright series Fabrique Nationale MiniMini. This LMG was designed as a successor to a much heavier M249. It is used by naval special forces units in CQB scenarios. The airsoft version, as the original - is adapted to Close Quarters Combat.
The structure of the replica was made from metal. The receiver, outer barrel and RIS rails were made from high quality aluminum with the use of precise CNC machines. Polymer parts include: pistol grip, magazine casing and additional accessories included in the set - protective panels for RIS rails and stock. Small elements such as the flash hider were made from steel.
The replica features a full set of 22mm RIS mounting rails in the front and on the top of the replica, which allows for equipment of a wide array of additional accessories on the replica. Due to a telescopic, 6-position stock the length of the replica can be adjusted to suit the preferences of an individual user. The battery is stored inside the stock. Right next to the pistol grip there is a comfortable, double sided safety.
The entire barrel system can be removed, which lasts mere seconds thanks to the rapid disassembly system. All that is needed is to press a lever located next to the top cover and the barrel will be literally “pushed out” of the receiver. Under the aforementioned cover is a Hop-up adjustment knob.
The heart of this replica is a reinforced special construction gearbox mounted on 8mm bearings. A great advantage that is the quick spring exchange system will allow for dynamic change of muzzle velocity of the replica, depending on the requirements and conditions of the airsoft battlefield.
The replica comes with a hi-cap, STANAG magazine with a capacity of up to 300 BBs. The replica can be also fed with a box magazine - a characteristic feature for M249 replicas.
LMG by Classic Army is an ideal choice for every airsoft enthusiast that desires to test his mettle in the field as a support gunner, however also looking for a construction that is lighter or more ergonomic than the awkward M249 or PKM LMGs. Operating the Mk46 is almost as comfortable as operating a traditional assault rifle.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
