Modify-Tech is a respected company with over 40 years of tradition, specialising in the production of top quality spare parts, tools, accessories. They successfully operate in the airsoft market offering internal parts, tuning kits and much more. The presented spring airsoft rifle, on the other hand, is the debut of the Modify company in the field of airsoft gun production. However, we can rest assured about the effect of their work: the MOD24 replica can be confidently placed on one of the highest shelves of spring-powered replicas.
The handguard was made extremely solidly. High-quality, reinforced polymer polymer in an elegant matte olive green colour. The butt was finished with a solid foot made of thick rubber, covered with an anti-slip texture and decorated with the Modify logo. The foot is mounted on a metal telescopic slide. The length of the stock can beinfinitely adjusted thanks to this , adapting it to the shooter's build and personal preferences. On the handguard we can also find two metal mounts for attaching a tactical belt/sling, as well as a component for mounting a bipod.
The second component consists of the barrel together with the breech and trigger assembly. All these parts are made of metal, the one-piece outer barrel makes a really massive impression. The breech has been fitted with a classically shaped, comfortable reloading handle. Despite the relatively strong spring used in the factory replica, reloading does not cause any problems. The mechanism itself, thanks to its good fit, moves smoothly and very efficiently.
Inside we find a long, 485mm, internal precision barrel with a diameter of 6.01mm and a spring mechanism based on made of steel cylinder and a set of reinforced, metal parts internalparts. We can be sure of the highest quality of the parts used - after all, this is Modify.
The G-Spec version is a reinforced version that allows tuning with a spring up to M190, which will allow you to squeeze out even 650FPS!
Right next to the grip is the trigger lock lever, which can be operated with the thumb. On the body of the replica, there is a22mm RIS mounting rail made of metal , thanks to which we can equip the rifle with any type of optical sights. Adjustment of the hop-up system is carried out with a lever located on the external barrel. The trigger ofthe replicais also adjustable.
A considerable curiosity is the included LED module, mounted in the replica's magazine. Using special, luminescent tracer type BBs, which are illuminated by the LED, we will obtain an extremely attractive streaky BB effect. This will certainly add variety to any night game, as well as improving the accuracy of shots fired.Its assembly in the magazine is clearly presented in the instructions, which can be found in the box - to dismantle the magazine, it is enough to knock out two fixing pins. LR41 batteries to power the module are also included.
The magazine itself is made of green polymer - it is semi-transparent, which makes it easy to check the level of loaded BBs (capacity is 30 BBs).
