The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Replika snajperskiej wersji karabinu Mosin Nagant 1891/30. Podstawową różnicą w stosunku do modelu bazowego jest zakrzywiona dźwignia przeładowania, umożliwiająca operowanie karabinem z zamontowaną lunetą, jak również ogólnie poprawiająca pracę i wygodę użytkowania mechanizmu przeładowania ze względu na wymuszenie innego punktu przyłożenia siły przez strzelca. Kolejnymi, nieco mniej zauważalnymi na pierwszy rzut oka różnicami, jest nisko osadzony przeziernik stosujący podziałkę w skali metrycznej oraz zamknięta budowa słupkowej muszki.
Łoże zostało wykonane z wysokiej jakości lakierowanego drewna. Elementy takie jak przyrządy celownicze, lufa, zespół magazynka i zamek wykonano ze stali. Jedynymi elementami wykonanymi z aluminium są tutaj rączka przeładowania oraz tylny element zamka.
Ponadto, replikę zaopatrzono w (wykonaną ze względów bezpieczeństwa z tworzywa sztucznego) replikę bagnetu nasadowego.
Replika zaopatrzona została również w replikę lunety PU o stałym powiększeniu 3,5x. Na komorze zamkowej znajdują się oznaczenia wskazującej na rok 1941 jako rok produkcji.
Pojedyncze załadowanie gazu pozwala na oddanie od 10 do 15 stabilnych strzałów, w zależności od warunków zewnętrznych i temperatury. Typowa prędkość wylotowa repliki to ~470 FPS w przypadku użycia green gazu o standardowej charakterystyce.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
