The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Primal Gear Rush 2.0 Ariatel Plate Carrier Vest (Upgraded Version)
The upgraded version of the Rush Plate Carrier 2.0 is a lightweight and robust tactical vest manufactured by Primal Gear. The upgraded version has been equipped with loops to facilitate the attachment of panels/vests equipped with so-called G-Hooks or buckle attachments. In addition, the Aspen material in the new model has been replaced by 500D Cordura. As with the previous version, the waistcoat has been very well sewn and uses high-quality webbing, Velcro and buckles. The waistcoat is designed to carry two SAPI M-size ballistic inserts. The front and rear panels of the waistcoat and cummerbund are covered with MOLLE / PALS modular system webbing and Velcro, which allows for the installation and any configuration of additional loaders and pockets.
On the front and back panels of the waistcoat there are distance mesh inserts, on the shoulders there are adjustable comfort pads, improving the comfort of wearing even a heavily loaded waistcoat with equipment and magazines.
