The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

The Plate Carrier waistcoat from Emerson Gear's Blue Label series.
Emerson Gear's Blue Label series is a premium line for armour and uniforms made from high quality materials such as Cordura 500D andNYCO cotton and better quality stitching compared to the manufacturer's standard products.
The waistcoat has pockets for ballistic cartridges (front, back + sides), and integrated (fixed) 3 pouches for 2 x M4/M16 type magazine (STANAG), their dimensions also allow storage of AK type magazines. The remaining surface of the waistcoat has been trimmed with pals MOLLE mounting system, so we can equip it with any modular pockets/loaders and configure it as desired. Inside there are also Velcro straps allowing for the installation of cushioning pads/comfortpads. On the side panels there are internal pockets, e.g. for a radio, and on the front there is an additional flat pocket.
The waistcoat has a cummerbund of adjustable circumference, with the front fastened with QD-type buckles. There is also a evacuation catch on the back. On the shoulders there are thick and comfortable comfort pads, thanks to which the waistcoat is also carried comfortably under heavier loads. The shoulders of the waistcoat have also been provided with QD buckles.
