The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Wosport VE-99 Plate Carrier Vest
The VE-99 waistcoat from Wosport was sewn using a durable and resistant material - Cordura. The model is characterised by its low weight and solid workmanship.
The waistcoat is adapted to carry two SAPI ballistic inserts in size M (inserts must be purchased separately). The front and rear panels of the waistcoat are covered with MOLLE / PALS modular system webbing and Velcro, which allows for the installation and any configuration of additional loaders and pockets. The rear panel has been additionally equipped with zippers, which will allow to attach assault rucksacks to the model to increase the transport space.
On the front and rear panels of the waistcoat we will find distance mesh inserts, on the shoulders there are adjustable comfort pads, improving the comfort of wearing even a heavily loaded waistcoat with equipment and magazines.
The Cummerbunds have handles that will allow you to quickly detach the waistcoat.
