The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Wosport Tactical Vest VE-83 Plate Carrier
The waistcoat has been sewn from high quality Cordura and fitted with high quality QD buckles and YKK zipper. Plate carrier consists of a front and rear panel that are designed to stably carry SAPI/ESAPI hard ballistic inserts in sizes S, M or L. The ballistic plates slide into the pocket from the underside and are additionally secured with Velcro.
The covering of with a calico mesh on the inside of the vest provides high comfort and improves air circulation. Platebags are equipped with laser-cut MOLLE/PALS slots , which allows for any configuration of the pouches and pouches, depending on the user's needs.
There are adjustable and wide braces at the top, which, together with the attachment straps, stitched in a V-shape, allow the weight to be evenly distributed. The Cummerbund, can also be used to attach additional storage bins, pouches or pockets for the side ballistic cartridges included in the kit. The cummerbunds are hooked onto special hooks, allowing the waistcoat to be efficiently adjusted to the wearer's dimensions. The braces and cummerbunds are finished with QD buckles to facilitate quick removal of the waistcoat.
