The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
RangeR Range Bag - Black
A multi-function RangeR range bag made of high-quality, durable nylon is an ideal solution for every shooter that requires a bag in order to transport all items essential on a firing range. The number of pockets makes this bag ideal for such a purpose.
The exterior of the bag features a flat pocket with a zipper, covered in MOLLE webbing. The situation looks similar on the other side - a flat pocket with a zipper and inside are two pockets with a hook and loop fastener as well as three elastic belts, for instance, for a pen or a light stick. The sides of the bag also feature pockets with hook and loop fastener naps.
Inside the bag that can be accessed by opening the flaps with two zippers connected with a grip are located 6 compartments for various items. On the sides, there are two pockets for cylindrical items, for instance, a water bottle or a can of a favorite beverage. Near the internal walls, there are compartments that can be accessed by opening the hook and loop fastener belt, one of the compartments has a trim of an elastic strip. The main compartment allows to safely transport, for instance, a case with a sidearm or an item of similar size. In addition, the set includes two square “walls” that can be used to form a new compartment.
