The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.

Replica of the standard helmet introduced in 2019 for the US Armed Forces.
IHPS is the successor to the popular MICH 2000 helmet. The new helmet has taken over the advantages of its predecessor, and has been equipped with a number of conveniences.
The helmet's shell has been re-profiled combining the advantages of mid-cap and low-cut helmets. This allows convenient use of active headphones along with the helmet while maintaining adequate protection. The shell itself is made of 7mm plastic.
In addition, the helmet has been equipped with a mount for a night vision device or GoPro-type camera (metal mounting and frame made of plastic) and two accessory rails located on the sides. The rails allow additional lighting to be mounted as standard. Under the rails there is an entry for mounting elements for a gas mask or oxygen mask for parachute jumping.
The helmet also comes with a very functional and well thought-out cover. The cover features Velcro for patches, IR tags and four IR reflectors. In addition, the helmet is equipped with a mount for a counterweight for a night vision device and a shock-cord for convenient cable routing from communication systems.
