Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
RIS MRS-M Modular Handguard
A
two-part modular handguard intended for installation
in M4/M16 replicas manufactured by acclaimed and valued Israeli company IMI
Defense that specializes in manufacture of high quality holsters and
accessories dedicated for firearms. Made from high quality polymer reinforced
with nylon fiber. On the inside laid with anodized aluminium
that reflects heat. Such configuration allows for adequate securing of a hand
from a hot barrel, whilst at the same time providing product durability because
aluminium protects polymer from high temperature.
Optimal heat exchange with the environment is facilitated by special holes
along the handguard.
