The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Kolejna premiera od LCT to świetna wiadomość każdego fana rekonstrukcji lub osób znudzonych powielaniem ciągle tych samych konstrukcji na rynku replik karabinów maszynowych. Producent ten jako pierwszy na rynku airsoftowym zaprezentował replikę kultowego karabinu maszynowego RPD, który był między innymi produkowany pod oznaczeniem RKM-D w Polsce, a także jako Type 56 w Chinach.
Podobnie jak poprzednie repliki ze stajni LCT, również RPD charakteryzuje doskonałe odwzorowanie palnego pierwowzoru oraz najwyższa jakość wykonania i użytych materiałów. Do produkcji praktycznie wszystkich zewnętrznych elementów metalowych użyto stali. Z doskonałej jakości drewna wykonano chwyt przedni, kolbę oraz chwyt pistoletowy. Replika prezentuje się wyjątkowo realistycznie dzięki stalowej i solidnej, wręcz "topornej" konstrukcji.
Sercem repliki jest wytrzymały dedykowany gearbox wyposażony w 9mm łożyska, stalowe zębatki oraz system szybkiej wymiany sprężyny.
Na skuteczność prowadzenia ognia wpłynie też znacząco ponad 515mm lufa precyzyjna o średnicy 6,02mm oraz magazynek typu box o pojemności 2800 kulek.
Zestaw nie zawiera akumulatora ani ładowarki.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
