The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
SAVIOR EQUIPMENT The Patriot Rifle Case 92 cm
The SAVIOR EQUIPMENT 92 cm long case has been made to ensure comfort and safety when transporting rifles - not only airsoft but also firearms.
Made from durable 600D polyester, it has a main compartment lined with soft fleece. The main compartment has an organiser to help organise the items being transported and webbing to stabilise the weapon being carried. The compartment is closed by means of two-way zips with the option of securing with a padlock (padlock to be purchased separately). The design allows the cover to be opened all the way. When fully opened, the model will be 'flat', giving free access to the entire contents of the cover.The side wall of the case is equipped with 4 Velcro-fastened pouches: the pouches are universal and will easily accommodate 7.62mm, 5.56mm, 5.45mm etc. calibre magazines. In addition, there is a Velcro panel on the side wall for an ID tag or patch, an open flat pocket and a large capacity, Velcro-closed universal pocket.
The whole bag can be carried by means of carrying handles or a belt equipped with a comfort pad.
