The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Wysokiej jakości wkład hydratacyjny firmy Source, o pojemności 3 litrów. Wykonany z użyciem nowoczesnych technologii z trójwarstwowego polietylenu. Użyte w produkcji wkładu rozwiązania technologiczne to m.in:
- Taste-Free™ - tworzywo użyte do produkcji wkładu nie nadaje cieczy żadnego posmaku czy aromatu;
- Glass-Like™ - łatwa w utrzymaniu i czyszczeniu powłoka;

Wkład zaopatrzony został w szerokie otwarcie umożliwiające łatwe napełnianie, czyszczenie czy suszenie. Zostało ono odpowiednio zabezpieczone, by uniemożliwić przeciekanie wkładu. Rurka wkładu opleciona została wytrzymałą tkanina blokującą promieniowanie UV i izolującą zawartość termicznie, dzięki czemu woda pozostaje czysta, chłodna i wolna od bakterii aż do ostatniej kropli. Ustnik typu QMT™ (Source Quick Mate Technology) gwarantuje wygodę użytkowania i szczelność, a także zapewnia kompatybilność z systemem filtrowania USMC Miox. Opatentowany zawór Storm Valve™ zapewnia o 25% wyższą przepustowość niż standardowy wzór ustnika, zaś zintegrowana osłona Dirt Shield™ pozwala zachować należyty poziom higieny ustnika.
Wymiary pustego wkładu wynoszą 430 x 205 x 25 mm. Po całkowitym napełnieniu, wymiary wkładu zmieniają się do następujących: 410 x 150 x 95 mm. Długość rurki wynosi 940 mm.
