The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Specna Arms 58L/18L Hardcase Combo transport case set
A set of two transport cases from Specna Arms. The set contains two transport cases - The first with a capacity of approximately 58 litres and the second, smaller case with a capacity of approximately 18 litres.
The crates are a versatile solution for those who need to move safely with their airsoft equipment or have a suitable place to store equipment at home.
The main box, with a capacity of approximately 58 litres, has been fitted with wheels that will allow the product to be transformed into a transport case. There is a telescopic handle on the back wall, which will allow the crate to be pulled like a classic transport case. In addition, there are further handles on top of the flap and on the sides to make it easier to move or carry the suitcase.
The smaller case, with a capacity of approximately 18 litres, is equipped with handles on the sides and a steel attachment that will enable the two cases to be joined together during transport using a telescopic handle.
Both items have heavy-duty lockes, holes for padlocks (padlocks must be purchased separately), and pressure control valves. Inside you will find rubber seals that will protect against dust or moisture (IP67). The cases have ribbing that will make stacking the cases easier. There is an elegant Specna Arms brand logo on both flaps.
