The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Made of durable material, case Gun Case 120 cm company Specna Arms features large capacity, durability, moisture and shock resistance. The case is a versatile solution for people who want to transport their tactical equipment, airsoft gun, but also firearms in a safe way. The interior of the case is equipped with 5 soft inserts. Three of them are special inserts Pick and Pluckwhich will enable the contents to fit precisely into the insert by tearing out small squares to the required shape. The case allows the transportation of replicas of max. 114 cm. and additional accessories: magazines, optics, etc. The case, thanks to its dimensions, allows transport of replicas of larger dimensions. The case has been designed to meet IP67 and resistance to mechanical damage at IK08.
The case is made of durable, heat- and cold-resistant material, ensuring the safety of the equipment being transported. The entire case is lockable 6 solid snaps. For additional security, you can use padlock holes (padlocks must be purchased separately). Robust transport handles will help you move with the case and a rubber seal fitted on the inside of the flap protects against dirt and dust.
The case is equipped with pressure regulating valve and transport wheels. The front of the case is decorated with the brand's logo Specna Arms
