The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Specna Arms Gun Case 47 cm
Made of durable material, the Gun Case 47 cm by Specna Arms features durability, moisture and shock resistance. The case is a universal solution for people who want to transport their tactical equipment and pistols in a safe way.
The inner side of the flap of the case has been equipped with a soft protective insert.
At the same time, the main compartment has been equipped with:
-4 flexible compartments with dimensions of 26.5x3x12.5 cm, which can be used to transport e.g. pistols.
-18 compartments with dimensions 12.5x4x2.5 cm. in which e.g. pistol magazines can be accommodated.
The case allows modification of the contents. In place of 10 magazine compartments, we can get one spatial compartment with dimensions of 27x9x12.5 cm.
The case has waterproof rating IP67 and mechanical protection rating of IK08.
The case is made of durable material resistant to changing temperatures, ensuring the safety of the transported equipment. The entire case is lockable with two solid lockes. For additional security, padlock holes can be used (padlocks must be purchased separately). Sturdy transport handles will assist in moving the case and a rubber seal mounted on the inside of the flap protects against dirt and dust.
The case is equipped with a pressure regulating valve.
