The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Stalker
Mk.III are currently the most advanced pants in Claw Gear’s offer. Compared to
previous versions, these pants were completely redesigned from scratch
according to the user feedback, who used this model on the
battlefield. These pants were designed and made in order to meet the most
demanding requirements of modern battlefield. They feature anatomical cut and waist pad in
order to provide highest degree of mobility, comfort and ergonomics
during long operations. PALS for a belt have been optimized for use with tactical and protective
belts. Front pockets were specially designed so that they can be accessed even when wearing gloves. Cargo pockets’ profile has been reduced whilst
at the same time maintaining their capacity. They also feature knee height adjustment and the possibility of
implementing protector inserts.
Compartments for inserts were designed in such a way so as to decrease the
weight of the entire set and simplify movement. Unique design of
the gaiters and leg sleeves allows
to completely seal the pants,
which stops sand, dirt and snow from getting inside. Gaiters are made from
nylon, which prevents them from absorbing water. The sleeves around the shoes are made from double layer
of material in order to counteract
all possible wearing through.
All seams were made three
times, which allows them to
be practically invulnerable.
