The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Thunder XTR Tactical Flashlight
Thunder XTR
is the newest product in an offer of tactical flashlights. After a period of
consultations with specialists from the army and special forces units we have
created a flashlight with a power of 1020 lm and incredibly durable.
Since the
beginning we wanted the technical parameters to walk side-by-side with
practical ones. That is why the entirety is available in a set containing: a
case, flashlight, clip, diffuser, durable holster with two pouches for
batteries, CR123 adapter, two CR123 batteries, lanyard and service accessories
such as: additional lens, additional switch fuse, o-ring
seals. THUNDER is powered by two CR123A batteries (included in the set) and
interchangeably a 18650 battery (the battery and charger are available as
accessories).
Incredibly
efficient CREE XM-L2 LED diode has the power of 1020lm and gives an effective
range of 312m. Thunder operates in 4 modes: 100%, 25% and 2% modes are operated
via a controller integrated in the head, which lets the user be certain that he
will turn the flashlight on the mode he used last. STROBE mode of 10Hz
frequency is activated via triple press of the power switch. However, white
light modes are active, after the flashlight has been turned on, via a delicate
turn (turn by 20 degrees and revert to initial position). Despite such
flashlight construction (which requires both hands to choose a mode), up to 3
of 4 modes can be activated with just one hand (e.g. 2%, 100% and strobe or 25%, 100% and strobe).
THUNDER
will perform wonderfully in harsh conditions. It is resistant to fall from up
to 2 meters and it is waterproof – fulfills the IPX8 standard, which means it
can be submerged up to 2 meters of depth, all according to ANSI norms. In
addition, it has a glass made from a hardened glass with anti-reflective
coating, which makes it not only more durable, but also minimalizes light loss.
THUNDER also has a crown, which allows it to be used during hand-to-hand combat
as a knuckle-duster and notches in the form of hexagon prevent it from rolling.
The
flashlight is dedicated for attachment to firearms. Tests have proven high
resistance to surges caused by shots from live ammunition (mount and gel switch
available as accessories).
