The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Universal battery meter
The meter has an intuitive interface making it very easy to use and user-friendly. It is equipped with many useful functions such as: measurement of the total pack voltage, measurement of the voltage of individual cells, display of the percentage of charge of each cell, bar diagram showing the degree of charge of the cells, information about the most discharged cell (V Min), information about the cell with the highest voltage (V Max) and the difference in voltage that occurs between the most charged and discharged cell.
The meter supports packs from 1 cell (1S) to 8 cells (8S). The tester is very precise, displaying the charge value of the cells up to three decimal places!!! It also has a balancer function, which discharges the rest of the cells to the level of the one with the lowest voltage. This ensures that the pack will always be discharged to the same level on each cell, after which you can recharge the pack without worrying that one cell will be undercharged and the next overcharged. This allows you to look after the pack to make it last as long as possible.
