The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
UTP Urban Tactical Pants (Rip-Stop) - black
The modern UTP (Urban Tactical pants) tactical pants are made of extra-fine NYCO fabric which is a combination of nylon and cotton and which characterizes itself with great durability against abrasion or tears. The NYCO fabric is also lighter and dries more quickly than the cotton fabric. Thanks to the great number of pockets and their ergonomic planning the pants are perfect for urban conditions, yet they will not fail during outdoor activities.
A perfect compromise between military and civilian apparel – a discreet style and a fully preserved functionality of the classic battle dress uniform.
An innovatory style, the proper and strong seams and weaving which make the pants ensure an above-average freedom of movement and the fabric’s durability against abrasions.
The pants are equipped with twelve pockets. Two of them are located classically on the height of the waist and are equipped with reinforced borders. The next four are located on the thighs ( two wide are closed with a zipper and two narrow are closed with the use of hooks&loops ), four of them are in the back of the pants ( two wide are closed with hooks&loops and two narrow located on the outside of the wide ones ) and two inner pockets located on the height of the groin which may be used to carry a tactical flashlight or a spare magazine.
Additionally, inside of the legs, on the height of the knees there are pockets allowing to place protection inserts inside them.
Instead of a button, the pants are equipped with a wide bur allowing to adjust the pants in 6cm. In the pants waist there is a sewn in rubber band which improves the fitting of the pants to the individual features of the silhouette. The two front belt loop have got an additional loop in their lower part which allow to attach, for example, a carabiner.
