The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.

The Vector Optics Frenzy Plus 1x31x26 Solar collimator
The collimator from Vector Optics is made of durable 6061 T6 aluminium, is mounted on a Picatinny rail (QD mounting - this will allow quick assembly and disassembly without the use of any tools), has an IP67 waterproof rating and is shockproof to 800G. The Solar version is equipped with an additional solar power supply. The collimator enters solar mode in the event of a battery shortage or when the up arrow button is pressed and held.
The model has an easily removable cover that further protects the collimator from bumps or falls.
A special feature of the collimator is a sensor that, if no movement is detected for a longer period of time, will switch off the collimator, saving battery life.
