VSS replica has undergone a
professional, visual modification in order to provide it with a unique
character. As the replica was made in majority of steel, we have decided to
make use of that and utilize “aging” procedures. The original
oxidization has been professionally rubbed off revealing beautiful, raw
steel that the replica was made of. The replica also features a wooden
stock in an interesting shape. The stock has undergone the aging process as
well, revealing the natural beauty of true plywood.
GF Custom Division desired to
achieve an aged effect so that the replica appears as if it endured years of
difficult service and not as if it came straight from an assembly line - it
worked out great!
The replica will look great on a
wall display as well as in the field. Of course, we have also taken care of the
adequate coverage of the replica’s surface in order to minimize the risk
of rusting of steel elements.

What sets Vintorez by LCT apart? Most importantly, it
perfectly resembles the live firearm and is characteristic for its high-quality
craftsmanship and materials used that LCT is known for.
Practically all metal elements were made from steel. Steel parts
include: the body, integrated silencer, dust cover, iron sights and charging
handle dummy. The handguard was made from black nylon polymer with
grainy texture. The stock made from high-quality wood is easy on the eyes due
to its shape and color. Many construction details as close to the original
as possible - the shape of the stock, side mount, winged safety. The fire
mode selector plate was placed inside the trigger guard.
The replica features a specially designed motor cage in order to allow for the
use of a pistol grip that resembles the original one. The heart of the
replica is a durable
gearbox V3 equipped with 9 mm bearings and an array of
reinforced components, among others: set of steel gears, polycarbonate
piston, steel, ball bearing spring guide and an aluminum, ventilated piston
head. The battery of the replica is stored inside the mock silencer. There is
enough room to easily fit inside, for instance, a two-module or three-module
LiPo battery. The silencer can be removed in mere seconds and with a press of a
single button, no need for any tools. The effectiveness of fire is also
significantly influenced by a precise, internal,
tight bore barrel with a diameter of 6.02 mm.

Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
