The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
The Wosport C5 tactical headset HD-24-A
The tactical headset is designed for users who value comfort and convenience. For this reason, the headband has been dispensed with and instead the kit includes a helmet-mounted headphone adapter, which has been equipped with ARC/TW type rails.
The adapter hasan adjustable arm that will allow the headphones to be properly adjusted to the user's needs. At the same time, we can tilt the headphones back when needed, giving your ears the opportunity to rest when the headset is not needed.
The model is equipped with a microphone that can be plugged in either on the left or right side. The microphone has a flexible arm that will allow for positioning.
The product is equipped with a Military plug cable that will allow for connection to the communication set.

The headphones do not have an active sound attenuation/amplification function, they can be used as a classic hearing protector with the possibility to connect them to the PTT (MILITARY type plug) and receive/transmit messages via the built-in speakers and microphone on the flexible headband
