The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Mochila GHOST® MkII
Ghost® es una mochila de 30 litros, escalable e idealmente adecuada como mochila táctica para tres días.
La parte principal de la mochila con dos compartimentos con cremallera - el primero, grande con un compartimento para el sistema de hidratación integral y un bolsillo de malla para los accesorios. La segunda, reforzada, con acceso por la parte trasera, acomoda perfectamente incluso un ordenador portátil grande.
El tercer bolsillo de la mochila Ghost® forma un pouch multiusos extraíble. Normalmente se sujeta a la mochila con cuatro hebillas y un cordón elástico, pero también puede utilizarse de forma completamente autónoma (tiene su propio transporte grip ) para llevar medicamentos, etc. En el interior del panel hay numerosos compartimentos y bolsillos que permiten organizar con precisión el equipo transportado. Además, cuando se acopla al Ghost®, crea algo parecido a una "cola de castor" que permite llevar ropa o equipo más ligero.
En el exterior hay cuatro bolsillos, dos en los laterales que pueden albergar botellas de agua. Además, incluye uno con cremallera y forrado de terciopelo para llevar las gafas. Debajo hay otro bolsillo plano con cremallera.
Las correas de los hombros de la mochila Ghost® son anchas, con espuma rígida interna y hebillas para su rápida liberación. Cinturón de la mochila forma un cinturón totalmente funcional en el sistema MOLLE/PALS, que puede extraerse fácilmente y utilizarse por sí solo, junto con las correas de los hombros incluidas.
