The product does not constitute ballistic protection and has no other protective properties. It is not intended for use in protective purposes, including during tactical/war/ASG games.
The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

El conjunto uniformepertenece a la línea deuniformeowania producida por Specna Arms, que se ofrece en varios camuflajes y colores sólidos. La prenda ha sido cosida con el uso de un robusto material tipo NYCO, que es una mezcla de poliéster y algodón en proporciones 65/35. Esto asegura una buena circulación del aire, siendo al mismo tiempo muy resistente a los daños mecánicos debido a la estructura Rip-stop de refuerzo. El material también se caracteriza por una limitada resistencia al agua (aunque desproporcionadamente mayor que en el caso del algodón puro) y una tendencia a secarse rápidamente. Al mismo tiempo, la eliminación de la suciedad es mucho más fácil. El conjunto se compone de una sudadera y un pantalón.
Las características de la sudadera son:
- corte bien conocido del patrón ACU
- cremallera completa
- puños ajustable con velcro
- bolsillos con cierre de velcro
- 2 bolsillos inclinados en el pecho
- 2 bolsillos en los hombros
- cuello alto con cierre autoadherente
- varios paneles de velcro en los bolsillos y en el pecho para colocar parches, insignias, etc.
Las características de los pantalones son:
- disposición de los bolsillos bien conocida por el patrón ACU (8 bolsillos)
- bolsillos cargo con cierre de velcro y ribeteado ajustable
- bolsillos adicionales en las pantorrillas
- refuerzos adicionales en las nalgas
- cintura y extremos de las piernas con cordón
- bucles amplia abotonada para permitir el uso de cinturones tácticos rígidos
