Una réplica de una fusil táctica basada en AK fabricada por Arcturus. El AKMOD1 está hecho principalmente de acero y unos pocos elementos de aluminio, un polímero duradero y está equipado con una serie de comodidades que mejoran el rendimiento del fusil. El acero se utiliza para la base del mosquete, el soporte del cañón, la tapa del cañón, la cerradura ficticia, el selector, el mecanismo de bloqueo del cañón, el guardamonte, el pestillo del cañón, el pestillo del cargador y la cámara de bloqueo ficticia. El aluminio se utiliza para el cañón, la guía de petaca de 5 posiciones, la base del cañón, el tubo de gas con raíl RIS, la bancada M-LOK y el apagallamas. El cargador, la petaca con pies de goma y la empuñadura de pistola con guardamonte integrado son de polímero.
Todas las piezas están ajustadas con gran precisión, las piezas metálicas han sido acabadas con un recubrimiento mate anticorrosivo. El interior de la réplica ofrece muy buenas prestaciones en la configuración de fábrica y una buena base para el tuning.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
