Las réplicas base de la serie FLEX están equipadas con un circuito electrónico basado en sensores magnéticos.

El polímero reforzado con fibra de nylon se utiliza para el cañón, la parte delantera de flotación libre, la corredera, incluida la cabeza de cilindro Light Ops, así como la empuñadura de la pistola. La réplica utiliza el sistema de cambio rápido de muelle ESA™. Esto permite que la potencia de la réplica se adapte rápida y eficazmente a las condiciones esperadas en el terreno de juego sin necesidad de acceder a un taller o a una serie de herramientas especializadas.
La réplica ha sido totalmente adaptada para funcionar con baterías de tipo LiPo y LiFe. Con una velocidad de descarga inicial base de ~300 FPS, la réplica es perfecta para operaciones de corto alcance

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
