The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

La subfusil de WE funciona con gas red dotde. La característica especial de los modelos de la Generación 3 es el diseño mejorado de las partes internas, que se caracterizan por una mayor resistencia debido a la utilización de acero (incluyendo cerrojo, mecanismo de disparo) y una mayor resistencia a las condiciones climáticas adred dotsas.
El modelo 5RC gen. 3 está fabricado con acero, aluminio y plástico.
Todos los pasadores y tornillos, el pestillo de la palanca de recarga, la tapa del expulsor de proyectiles, las guías y el pestillo de la cabeza de cilindro, el anillo de montaje de la cabeza de cilindro y la argolla de correa táctica son de acero . En el interior de la réplica se han fabricado adicionalmente en acero: algunos elementos del sistema de disparo y de la corredera, el muelle amortiguador, el pasador del muelle amortiguador. El silenciador de la réplica, la báscula de 4,5" de longitud, el raíl dorsal RIS para la fijación de accesorios adicionales, las miras regulables y el cañón se han fabricado en aluminio. La empuñadura de la pistola y la cabeza de cilindro son de plástico,
La réplica tiene un cerrojo que funciona, y la corredera permanece en la posición trasera después de disparar la última bala cuando el cargador está en el modo de "fuego seco"

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
