The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Réplica el arma está hecha principalmente de metal de alta calidad. Elementos como culata, la tapa del cañón y el asa antideslizante del bastidor de transporte de gripestán fabricados en plástico ABS de alta calidad. El bastidor de transporte de Grip es de acero, lo que se traduce directamente en su estabilidad y durabilidad. La construcción del pozo equipado se caracteriza por una resistencia considerable, así como por un peso perceptible: casi 8 kilogramos. El tamaño y el peso de réplicas limitan la libertad de movimiento en el campo. Réplica ha sido equipado con raíles RIS en la tapa del cañón y en el cuerpo, lo que permite montar accesorios adicionales como un visor, un láser red dot o linterna.
En el interior de la gearbox'a encontrará componentes como un corto motor con par de apriete incrementado, reforzado engranajes, piñón motorow con cuatro trinquetes antirretorno, rodamientos de bolas de 8mm, guía de muelle de acero para rodamientos, boquilla de latón sellada, cromo cilindro tipo 0, junta de cabeza de silicona pistóna, muelle m110, cañón interior de precisión 6.03 con una longitud de 551mm y cableado de baja resistencia. Las piezas utilizadas en réplica aumentan en gran medida el potencial de sintonización de réplicas.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
