The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Réplica la marca KWC se basó en un modelo muy conocido, desarrollado en los años 60 por una empresa americana de armamento, que ya no existe.
El cuerpo de la M11 está fabricado en ABS, lo que la hace muy manejable. El modelo también tiene una culata plegable para mejorar la estabilidad al disparar. Está fabricada completamente en metal y se pliega en dos planos, deslizándose raíl y con un pie giratorio a modo de apoyo para los hombros. No se olvida también monturau bloqueo gatillo u para mejorar la seguridad y aumentar el realismo.
Réplica se alimenta de un cartucho de CO2 de 12g situado en el magasynk. Toda la energía del cartucho se transfiere en un plano directamente a bolas, gracias a lo cual la bala tras salir del cañón alcanza unos fenomenales 135 m/seg. Además, pistola tiene un sistema fijo Hop-upque hace girar la bala, estabilizando considerablemente su vuelo, aumentando así el alcance y el enfoque efectivos. Cargador puede contener hasta 26 balas, gracias a lo cual no tendrá que reponer frecuentemente la munición.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
