The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Auricular de
airsoft Comtac I. El auricular dispone de dos micrófonos (uno en cada
auricular) que captan los sonidos externos y los amplifican. El usuario puede
ajustar el nivel de volumen en función de sus necesidades. Ajustando el volumen
de la radio y el control de volumen de los auriculares, se pueden equilibrar
ambos niveles de sonido, de modo que se oigan sin problemas tanto los anuncios
de la radio como el entorno. Además, se puede ajustar el volumen de los
auriculares para aumentar el volumen de los sonidos ambientales y mejorar la
percepción auditiva, o silenciarlos si los sonidos ambientales ensordecen los
anuncios de la radio o dificultan la concentración.
Por otra parte,
cualquier sonido nocivo se atenúa hasta un nivel seguro para los oídos. Una vez
que el sonido nocivo ha cesado, los ajustes del conjunto vuelven a los niveles
normales. Los auriculares tienen una cinta ajustable recubierta de piel
sintética que permite adaptarlos a la cabeza de cualquier usuario. El micrófono
está montado en un cable flexible. Se alimenta con dos pilas AAA. Para que el
conjunto sea completo, debe combinarse con un módulo PTT y una radio.
