The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Protectores auditivos M32– Verde Oliva
Auriculares M32 fabricados por Earmor™ destinados a deportes de tiro, entornos técnicos ruidosos y cazadores.
Dos micrófonos captan y dirigen el sonido a los altavoces. Amplifican los sonidos bajos y, cuando detectan ruidos que afectan a los oídos, los reduce instantáneamente a un nivel seguro de 82dB, lo que permite al usuario seguir siendo plenamente consciente de su entorno junto con sus órdenes durante los disparos.
Se alimentan con 2 pilas AAA de 1,5v (no incluidas en el set), que permiten un funcionamiento de ~350 horas. El sistema de desconexión automática de los protectores auditivos después de 4 horas sin intervención del usuario garantiza la seguridad de no dejarlos encendidos, evitando el agotamiento de las pilas.
Los auriculares y la cubierta de diadema cuentan con protecciones suaves que proporcionan una alta comodidad de su uso. Los auriculares M32 tienen un micrófono incorporado que se puede conmutar al lado derecho o al izquierdo. El cable con conector NATO Military Standard 7. 0 permite el montaje a los módulos PTT y la conexión a una radio.
El producto cumple con las certificaciones de CE / RoSH / ANSI S3. 19-1974, y con la clase de resistencia al agua IPX-5.
