The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Liti-LiPolimer packs ( LiPo ) son los sucesores de los conocidos packs de iones de litio ( LiIon ). La principal ventaja de las baterías LiPo es sin duda la relación capacidad/tamaño. Tienen un tamaño muy reducido, pero conservan una capacidad de corriente muy elevada, lo que permite seleccionar un pack adecuado para prácticamente cualquier réplica de AEG. No tienen efecto memoria. Se pueden cargar con mucha frecuencia sin descargarlas antes. La carga frecuente es beneficiosa para este tipo de baterías.
Por favor, recuerde no descargar el LiPo por debajo de 3V por célula y no sobrecargarlo por encima de 4,2V por célula. Otra ventaja de los packs LiPo es el bajo porcentaje de autodescarga. Cuando no se utiliza, el pack pierde alrededor del 3-5% de su energía al mes. Es necesario vigilar el pack, ya que durante un almacenamiento muy prolongado puede producirse una descarga por debajo del valor mínimo permitido ( 3V por celda ) y reacciones químicas irrered dotsibles, que pueden causar el deterioro de las propiedades del pack, incluyendo su daño permanente, en casos extremos - ignición. Un pack LiPo sin usar debe cargarse a una media de alrededor del 70%.
Cuando se utiliza correctamente, la vida útil de los packs LiPo es de una media de 500-700 ciclos. Un aspecto importante es la temperatura a la que pueden funcionar los packs LiPo. Para mantener las baterías LiPo en buen estado, deben equilibrarse durante la carga utilizando un enchufe de servicio, que la mayoría de los packs LiPo tienen (un buen cargador LiPo tiene un equilibrador incorporado).
