The product does not constitute ballistic protection and has no other protective properties. It is not intended for use in protective purposes, including during tactical/war/ASG games.
The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

El Wombat Mk2® es un vehículo ligero bolsa, que ofrece la posibilidad de llevar una gran cantidad de equipamiento. Es ideal como bolsa para viajes, en el coche o en el campo de tiro
Losmateriales duraderos y correa punto permitirán llevarla cómodamente incluso con una carga pesada. El diseño de la bolsa permite un fácil acceso a su contenido y facilita el embalaje, y las soluciones aplicadas permiten organizar/configurar el interior en función de las necesidades individuales. En el exterior de la bolsa hay cuatro prácticos bolsillos con cremallera. Dos de ellos (en la parte delantera) están forrados con un suave velcro. En la parte delantera de la bolsa también hay un bolsillo con cremallera empotrado (con un panel de velcro). El compartimento principal contiene dos bolsillos de malla con cremallera, dos bolsillos con ribete elástico y un amplio panel de velcro que permite utilizar cómodamente varias plantillas de nuestra oferta. Correa punto la bolsa fue diseñada como una correa de transporte universal. Es extremadamente cómodo y funcional. Varios lazos de cincha (celdas PALS) le permiten sujetar equipo adicional o fusil y las hebillas adecuadamente seleccionadas le permiten reconducir la correa a bolsas seleccionadas de nuestra oferta.
