The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Calentador de manos Frostbite
El calentador de manos FrostBite es un calentador de manos fabricado con tejido StormStretch® resistente al viento. Se puede utilizar como calentador de manos en lugar de los guantes o en situaciones en las que se necesita un control total de las herramientas. Por ejemplo, si eres un fotógrafo de naturaleza, un fotógrafo deportivo o un soldado.
El material aislante es un relleno de alta calidad Climashield Apex 67g, que retiene el calor incluso cuando está mojado. Además, el interior del calentador de manos Frostbite está forrado con un material especial de poliéster con cerdas largas, que retiene el calor en su estructura y acelera el proceso de calentamiento de las manos.
Hay un bolsillo para un calentador químico en el interior, y se pueden guardar algunos de repuesto en dos bolsillos externos sujetos con cremalleras YKK. También puedes llevar otros objetos pequeños que no quieras perder, como las llaves de casa o del coche, el teléfono, la barra de labios, etc. Gracias a la correa desmontable de 25 mm, puede llevarse alrededor del cuello o como cinturón. Las hebillas de clip Slik permiten enganchar el calentador de manos Frosbite a cualquier chest rigque tenga el sistema MOLLE.
