La fusil airsoft de Arcturus modelo Sword ® MOD1 CQB 9,55" ha sido fabricada utilizando acero, aluminio y plástico.
La montura QD, la corredera ficticia, los tornillos de la cama, el anillo de montaje de la corredera junto con la montura de correa táctica están hechos de acero .
El aluminio se utiliza para la bancada del sistema M-LOK de 9,6 pulgadas de largo, el raíl RIS en la bancada, el dispositivo de escape, los manipuladores (en ambos lados - selector, seguro del cerrojo, seguro del cargador), el inyector ficticio.el cuerpo de la réplica está hecho de plástico (nylon PA66 reforzado con fibra de vidrio), empuñadura de pistola ergonómica, que tiene una superficie rugosa, cargador de media tapa (capacidad ajustable), petaca ergonómica, ajustable, que puede acomodar una batería e instrumentos de puntería plegables. La réplica es ligera, bien ajustada y equilibrada. Sus dimensiones compactas permitirán un desplazamiento eficaz en los corredores, donde la movilidad y la velocidad son esenciales para obtener ventaja durante los combates airsoft.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
