The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

La fusil de WE funciona con CO2. La característica especial de los modelos de laGeneración 3 es el diseño mejorado de las piezas internas, que se caracterizan por una mayor durabilidad gracias al uso de acero (por ejemplo, elementos de cierre del cerrojo, mecanismo de disparo) y una mayor resistencia a las condiciones climáticas adred dotsas.
La fusil se ha fabricado con acero, aluminio y plástico. Son de acero: el supresor de llamas, el cañón exterior, el bloque de gas ficticio, el punto de mira con su base, el pestillo de la palanca de recarga, el anillo de montaje de la guía de la fusil, la tapa del eyector de proyectiles. En el interior de la réplica se fabricaron en acero las siguientes piezas adicionales: algunos elementos del sistema de disparo y de la corredera, el muelle amortiguador, el pasador del muelle amortiguador.
De aluminio se han fabricado: el cuerpo de la réplica, la bancada con raíles RIS, el mosquete, la guía de petaca, el asa de recarga, los manipuladores y el cargador. El plástico se utiliza para fabricar la cabeza de cilindro ajustable (3 niveles de longitud) y la empuñadura de pistola con superficie rugosa.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
