The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

El chaleco tipo 94K Plate carrier se ha cosido con el material original Cordura® 500D, que es varias veces más resistente que el nailon ordinario y hasta varias docenas de veces más duradero que el poliéster y el algodón, al tiempo que se caracteriza por su bajo peso. El aumento de la resistencia al agua y a la suciedad se consiguió recubriendo el material con Teflon® DuPont™
El chalecodispone de bolsillos para cartuchos balísticos (delantero, trasero + laterales), y integrados (fijo) 3 bolsillos para 1 x cargador a subfusil. El resto de la superficie del chaleco está forrado con elsistema pALS montura y MOLLE,por lo que se puede equipar con cualquier bolsillo/bolsa modular y se puede configurar libremente. En los paneles laterales hay bolsillos internos, por ejemplo para una radio, y un bolsillo plano adicional en la parte delantera.
El chaleco tiene una faja de ajustablem de circunferencia, con cierre de velcro en la parte delantera. En la parte posterior también hay unaevacuación degrip . En los hombros hay unas gruesas y cómodas almohadillas de confort, gracias a las cuales el chaleco puede llevarse cómodamente incluso con una carga mayor.
Nota: los accesorios que aparecen en la foto no están incluidos en el set. El chaleco tampoco tiene inserciones balísticas ficticias.
