The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Un chaleco tipo chaleco táctico muy ligero, sencillo y de diseño clásico Chest rig. Gran equipo para acciones rápidas que no requieran mucho equipamiento, también ideal para cualquier aviador que valore la movilidad así como el bajo peso del equipo
Está fabricado con nylon 500D duradero, que garantiza una buena resistencia a los daños mecánicos y, además, una resistencia parcial al agua. El chaleco está equipado con tirantes en configuración "H " - muy confortable, proporcionando al usuario comodidad y una correcta distribución del peso. Delante de los tirantes hay cintas cosidas, que pueden utilizarse, por ejemplo, para sujetar una radio o un tubo de camello
El chaleco tiene varios bolsillos fijos e incorporados. Estos son:
- 4 fundas individuales fusilpara cargadores Norma STANAG (M4/M16)
- 2 bolsas individuales pistolaowe
- 2 bolsillos universales con solapas de velcro, por ejemplo, para un teléfono móvil
- 1 bolsillo universal con banda elástica - por ejemplo, para llevar una radio
Las bolsas están desprovistas de las clásicas solapas, lo que permite una rápida recuperación de magasynk. Los cargadores están protegidos contra la caída con gomas, por lo que no hay que preocuparse por su pérdida accidental. En las solapas de los bolsillos universales y en la parte posterior del arnés hay pequeños paneles autoadhesivos para colocar diversos parches, marcas, etc.
Los tirantes se fijan al chaleco en cuatro puntos con hebillas fastex, lo que permite soltarlos rápidamente cuando sea necesario. En el interior, toda la superficie del chaleco se ha cubierto con velcro (panel cubierto) para que puedas fijarlo, por ejemplo, a un chaleco balístico.
