The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Chaleco táctico BT-4 de Cybergun Swiss Arms
El chaleco del conocido fabricante Cybergun/SwissArms fue diseñado para las personas que buscan un chaleco táctico unired dotsal.
El modelo está equipado con una serie de bolsillos funcionales, bolsas y una funda, que permitirán un ajuste adecuado a nuestro equipo.
El chaleco se cierra con cremallera y la base del chaleco es una malla duradera y transpirable, que permitirá una adecuada circulación del aire, haciendo que el chaleco sea flexible, ligero y cómodo de llevar.
La parte delantera del chaleco está equipada con:
- un bolsillo unired dotsal cerrado con velcro (en el hombro izquierdo)
- un bolsillo unired dotsal cerrado con velcro con un cargador de velcro para 6 cartuchos. (en el pecho derecho)
- 3 bolsillos para cargadores de pistola
- una funda unired dotsal con cierre de hebilla
- 4 bolsillos para cargadores de fusil (AK, AR, G36)
En la parte posterior del chaleco hay un sistema de fijación MOLLE, que permite ampliar el producto con equipo adicional - nada se opone a la fijación de bolsas adicionales en la parte posterior, lo que aumentará el espacio de transporte. Cabe destacar también el cinturón ajustable fijado al chaleco - en el cinturón se pueden encontrar 2 bolsas adicionales, que pueden acomodar, por ejemplo, cargadores de pistola.
