The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Chaleco plate carrier tipo 6094A con kit de carga
Fabricado en duradera Cordura 500D, este chaleco táctico plate carrier tipo 6094. Está construido con dos paneles unidos faja ancha y convenientes almohadillas en los hombros. En toda la superficie del chaleco están colocados los parches sistema MOLLE, los parches situados en la parte superior del chaleco están ribeteados con velcro lo que permite colocar, por ejemplo, parches de moral. En los laterales se colocan velcros adicionales para sujetar, por ejemplo, tubos del sistema de hidratación. En la faja del chaleco hay dos bolsillos planos de malla a ambos lados, que permiten llevar accesorios adicionales o cargadores. El conjunto incluye, junto con el chaleco, los siguientes artículos adicionales:
- cargador triple para cargadores tipo M4/M16 cerrado con solapa de velcro,
- cargador grande horizontal para accesorios,
- cargador para una radio grande.
En el centro del chaleco podemos encontrar 2 bolsillos para cartuchos balísticos. El chaleco es completamente ajustable, por lo que no hay ningún problema en ajustarlo a la complexión y preferencias del usuario.
