The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

La serie Blue Label de Emerson Gear es una línea premium para armaduras y uniformes fabricados con materiales de alta calidad como Cordura 500D yNYCO cotton y costuras de mejor calidad en comparación con los productos estándar del fabricante.
El chaleco tiene bolsillos para cartuchos balísticos (delantero, trasero + laterales), y 3 bolsillos integrados (fijos) para 2 cargadores tipo M4/M16 (STANAG), sus dimensiones también permiten guardar cargadores tipo AK. El resto de la superficie del chaleco ha sido recortada con pals Sistema de montaje MOLLE, por lo que podemos equiparlo con cualquier bolsillo/cargador modular y configurarlo a nuestro gusto. En el interior también hay correas de velcro que permiten la instalación de almohadillas/comfortpads.
En los paneles laterales hay bolsillos interiores, por ejemplo para una radio, y en la parte delantera hay un bolsillo plano adicional.
El chaleco tiene un cummerbund de circunferencia ajustable, con la parte delantera abrochada con hebillas de tipo QD. También hay un atrape de evacuación en la espalda. En los hombros hay almohadillas gruesas y cómodas, gracias a las cuales el chaleco también se lleva cómodamente con cargas más pesadas. Los hombros del chaleco también están provistos de hebillas QD.
