The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Chaleco Portaplacas Pew Tactical VT04
Este chaleco está fabricado con un material resistente que se caracteriza por su durabilidad y resistencia al desgarro.
El VT04 es ligero y funcional, construido a partir de dos paneles - delantero y trasero - unidos por hebillas QD con una faja ligera y esquelética que consiste únicamente en cinchas rígidas. No hay ningún problema en acoplar bolsillos modulares adicionales a estas correas.
La parte delantera del chaleco tiene un panel Molle, que tiene espacio para 3 cargadores de fusil asegurados adicionalmente con un shockcord.
En la parte trasera del chaleco se puede acoplar una mochila con cremallera. Además, el chaleco está equipado con un sistema de caída rápida, que se activa tirando de las dos asas situadas en las correas de los hombros y utilizando la hebilla QD.
El chaleco dispone de 2 bolsillos para cartuchos balísticos de tamaño medio y otros dos bolsillos laterales para cartuchos de faja. se incluyen 4 inserciones para maniquíes (de espuma gruesa) (delante - detrás - 2x laterales). También hay un bolsillo plano en el pecho con cintas cubiertas de velcro - útil para fijar parches, parches, etc.
El chaleco es totalmente ajustable, por lo que no hay ningún problema en adaptarlo a la complexión y preferencias del usuario.
