The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Chaleco Portaplacas Ariatel Primal Gear Rush 2.0 (Versión Mejorada)
La red dotsión mejorada del Rush Plate Carrier 2.0 es un chaleco táctico ligero y robusto fabricado por Primal Gear. La red dotsión mejorada ha sido equipada con bucles para facilitar la fijación de paneles/vestis equipados con los llamados G-Hooks o hebillas de fijación. Además, el material Aspen del nuevo modelo se ha sustituido por Cordura 500D. Al igual que la red dotsión anterior, el chaleco está muy bien cosido y utiliza cinchas, velcros y hebillas de alta calidad. El chaleco está diseñado para llevar dos inserciones balísticas SAPI de tamaño M. Los paneles delantero y trasero del chaleco y la faja están cubiertos con cinchas y velcro del sistema modular MOLLE / PALS, que permite la instalación y cualquier configuración de cargadores y bolsillos adicionales.
En los paneles delanteros y traseros del chaleco hay inserciones de malla de distancia, en los hombros hay almohadillas de confort ajustables, mejorando la comodidad de llevar incluso un chaleco muy cargado con equipos y cargadors.
