Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Chaleco plate carrier Ape Force Gear JPC 2.0
Un chaleco plate carrier muy ligero y funcional, cosido de resistente nylon 500D. Construido a partir de dos paneles - delantero y trasero, conectados por hebillas QD con faja ligera y esqueletizada, que consiste sólo en correas rígidas. No hay ningún problema para fijar bolsillos modulares adicionales a estas correas.
La bolsa de placa frontal del chaleco está diseñada para alojarsolapas intercambiables equipadas con cargadores fijos o con una superficie molle en blanco. En la bolsa trasera se puede montar una mochila con cremallera. Además, el chaleco está equipado con un sistema de caída rápida, que se activa tirando de dos asas situadas en los tirantes.
El chaleco tiene 2 bolsillos para cartuchos balísticos tamaño mediano. Dos cartuchos de este tipo (de espuma gruesa) han sido incluidos en el conjunto. Además, hay un bolsillo plano en el pecho, en el que se han cosido cintas recubiertas de velcro - útiles para fijar parches, parches, etc.
El chaleco es totalmente ajustable, por lo que no hay ningún problema en ajustarlo a la complexión y preferencias del usuario.
