The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Chaleco Portaplacas VE-106 de Wosport
El chaleco plate carrier de Wosport, modelo VE-106, está fabricado con un material duradero y resistente a la abrasión o al desgarro: Cordura. Tanto la parte delantera como la trasera del chaleco tienen espacio para placas SAPI de tamaño M (las placas deben adquirirse por separado) y almohadillas de espuma adicionales que aumentarán la comodidad de uso a la vez que mejorarán la circulación del aire. La parte delantera del chaleco está equipada con un gran panel en la garganta que permitirá la fijación de equipo adicional y un panel Molle-velcro, que permite una mayor expansión del chaleco o la fijación de parches o parches del equipo. La parte posterior del chaleco dispone de cremalleras para paneles de cierre. El conjunto se completa con cómodas hombreras con sistema de caída rápida.
