The product does not constitute ballistic protection and has no other protective properties. It is not intended for use in protective purposes, including during tactical/war/ASG games.
The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Chaleco táctico 6094 QR - Olive Drab
Chaleco tipo plate carrier ligero y funcional, fabricado en nylon resistente. Consta de dos paneles, delantero y trasero, unidos por fajas. El plate carrier está equipado con dos sistemas de ajuste al cuerpo del usuario: las clásicas correas de sujeción y las correas anchas. Gracias a esta solución, el usuario tiene la posibilidad de elegir la configuración del chaleco en función de la cantidad de equipo transportado o de la ligereza y la mejora de la ventilación.
Gracias a las correas en el sistema modular MOLLE, es posible acoplar al chaleco una serie de bolsillos y pouches adicionales, tanto en la parte delantera como en la trasera. Además, el panel frontal cuenta con un panel de administración integrado para documentos u otros accesorios. El chaleco tiene 2 bolsillos (en la parte delantera y en la parte trasera) para inserciones balísticas de tamaño medio (no incluidas en el set) y fajas para inserciones laterales (no incluidas en el set).
En la parte trasera del chaleco, hay un asa de rescate, así como un asa con sistema Quick Release (para quitarse el chaleco de forma rápida).
El chaleco es compatible con inserciones balísticas de imitación de tamaño L. El chaleco es totalmente ajustable, por lo que puede adaptarse fácilmente a cualquier tipo de cuerpo y a las preferencias del usuario.
