The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Chaleco Táctico Cotherium Sling Chest Rig
el Dynamic Chest Rig es un chaleco táctico de Primal Gear, cosido de Nylon resistente. El chaleco es extremadamente ligero y minimalista, su construcción esquelética consiste prácticamente sólo en cinchas del sistema MOLLE / PALS y un sistema de transporte. Tanto los tirantes como el cinturón transred dotsal están equipados con correas elásticas bungee, haciendo que el chaleco se ajuste perfectamente.
Los tirantes en configuración "H" disponen de correas elásticas para sujetar, por ejemplo, tubos del sistema de hidratación o cableado del equipo de comunicación. El chaleco se puede quitar en un instante gracias a las 5 hebillas fastex en las que se basan los tirantes del sistema de transporte. Las cinchas MOLLE / PALS permiten la instalación y libre configuración de bolsas y bolsillos adicionales.
El chaleco dispone de un cinturón elástico integrado (desmontable) de 1 punto. Gracias a su diseñode "perfil bajo", el Dynamic Chest Rig también se puede llevar debajo de la ropa exterior, por ejemplo, debajo de una chaqueta.
