The product does not constitute ballistic protection and has no other protective properties. It is not intended for use in protective purposes, including during tactical/war/ASG games.
The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Chaleco táctico JPC
El chaleco se ha cosido con un nylon 1000D muy duradero, que ofrece una gran resistencia a los daños mecánicos y una resistencia parcial al agua. En el interior, el chaleco está equipado con una malla de distancia en varios lugares, lo que mejora la comodidad y la circulación del aire y la humedad. El chaleco es totalmente ajustable, por lo que no hay problema para ajustarlo a la complexión y preferencias del usuario
Para reducir el peso del equipo, la faja del chaleco se ha adelgazado: en este modelo tiene forma de esqueleto, compuesto únicamente por tiras rígidas. No hay problema para montar bolsillos modulares adicionales en estas correas
Plate carrier está equipado con una funda universal incorporada para 3 cargadores tipo M4/M16, que también puede adaptarse a cargadores tipo AK. Cargadores las bolsas se fijan con bandas elásticas con ugripami - tal solución permite el acceso rápido y el cambio de magasynk en caso de necesidad.
El chaleco dispone de una amplia zona para acoplar bolsas adicionales en un sistema modular MOLLE - delante y en toda la espalda. En estos lugares también hay sitios para inserciones balísticas. En el juego se incluyen dos plantillas balísticas de tamaño medio (de plástico) . En el pecho hay un bolsillo plano con cinta recubierta de velcro, útil para fijar diversos parches, marcas, etc.
