The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

El chaleco ha sido cosido de alta calidad Cordura. Cuenta con un sistema de Quick Release: gracias a los cableado situados en la parte delantera y en los hombros, el usuario puede soltar el chaleco en una fracción de segundo en caso necesario.
El plate carrier consta de un panel delantero y trasero que están
adaptado para el transporte estable de inserciones balísticas duras.
SAPI/ESAPI en talla S. Las placas balísticas se introducen en el bolsillo por debajo y se fijan adicionalmente con velcro. (Las placas balísticas deben adquirirse por separado).
El revestimiento de malla del interior del chaleco proporciona un gran confort y mejora la circulación del aire. Las cartucheras disponen de ranuras MOLLE/PALS cortadas con láser, lo que permite cualquier configuración de las bolsas y cartucheras, en función de las necesidades del usuario.
El chaleco está equipado con una Correa compatible con el sistema Molle - nada nos impedirá acoplarle bolsillos y cartucheras adicionales o un botiquín de primeros auxilios. La faja se fija con velcro - esto simplifica los ajustes de tamaño para adaptarse al usuario.
La parte delantera del chaleco está equipada con dos hebillas fastex que permiten la fijación de un módulo de hebilla.
